Public profile of the practice

On the public website, patients will find basic information about your practice:
- office hours
- address
- who is prescribing
- link to your official website
- a list of all the requirements that you offer patients
- the ability to easily set up brief updates from the office

After logging in to Emma from your practice profile, patients will automatically be brought to your office without having to make any further selections.

Collection of requests from patients

Patients enter their requests to Emmy. All information transfer is encrypted for greater security.

File Import

From the outpatient software, you import basic patient data such as name, contacts, and insurance company number into Emmy.

Emmy then compares the data from the patient he reported in Emmy and the data from the file. If he is sitting, you are sure that you are communicating with the person.

Patient notifications and automatic responses

At Emmy, you can post announcements about holidays or change of opening hours. You will also set up automatic responses in case of your absence.

Handling requests for relatives

If an adult wants to handle matters for the child or, for example, for the parents, he will set up (after the approval of the office) a special type of account. One person can represent a maximum of 5 other people.

Integration with Cur

You can easily open a patient in Curo with one click from Emmy and vice versa - you can set Emmy as an external Cura program and thus allow opening a patient tab in Emmy with one click from Cura.

In addition, when you open a tab in Emmy by clicking from Cura, the patient card in Emmy is automatically created or updated.

Integration with WinAmbulance, PC Doctor and other systems

You can connect Emmy with these softwares. Just click once in the outpatient software and the corresponding patient card will also open for you in Emmy. If you don't already have this patient in Emmy, a card will automatically be created there. If you already have a patient card in Emmy, but there is additional data in the outpatient software, such as a phone number, the data in Emmy is updated.

Emma's Voice - Robotic Voice Assistant*

Emma's Voice is a service that allows patients to enter their request to Emmy over the phone.

The service works on the principle of a natural dialogue between the calling client and the robot. The call is conducted by the robot based on a pre-prepared scenario, and thanks to human speech processing and language analysis based on artificial intelligence, the robot understands what the caller is saying and can respond appropriately. The output is then transcribed to Emmy as another incoming request.

The service is charged with a fixed flat rate. For a typical office, a flat rate of 99€/month incl. VAT.

Computer time and smart calendar

For each type of request, you set internal rules. For example, for a preventive examination, you set the typical length of 20 minutes and mark preventive examinations in orange for easier orientation on the calendar.

Then you determine the rules for ordering — when can patients first order and so on. In the calendar, you will also set blocks for acute cases and for preventive examinations.

Editing requests

In Emmy you will find pre-prepared typical patient requests (e.g. vaccination request, prescription). You will select from them those that are relevant to your patients.

For each request, a questionnaire is prepared, into which the patient fills in the related information. You can edit these questionnaires as you wish and add/remove questions.

If you miss a specific request in the templates, you can easily customize it.

You will also set the priority of requests. For example, a patient who wants to consult on health issues has a higher priority than one who wants an application to the spa. At Emmys, your requests are sorted by priority, so you'll be the first to tackle the most important ones.

Labels

According to various criteria, you can label patients for easier orientation (by age, by risk groups, etc.).

Labeling works both manually and automatically (in the outpatient software, you filter out a group of patients, upload them to Emma, and they are automatically assigned a label).

Proactively Invite Patients

Thanks to Emmy, you can easily invite patients, for example, to preventive examinations. In the outpatient software, you filter patients and import the identification numbers of the insured into Emma. Then you just send out mass invitations.

SMS notifications and questions

With Emma, you can automatically send 3 types of messages:

1. information about the date of the visit
2. Notice of the upcoming deadline
3. A question with a yes/no answer

For example, in SMS you will ask if the patient is interested in vaccination. The yes/no answers are then automatically evaluated by Emmy.

Phrases

You will receive ready-made templates of typical messages that you send to patients (e.g. call for appointment, etc.). Variables such as the appointment date or the patient's name are automatically transcribed into the templates. So even if the messages are automatic, they look as if they were written by a human.

Securely send attachments to patients

We use the same security as in Internet banking. The patient receives a file from you and an sms to him with a code with which he unlocks the file. Thanks to this, you can be sure that only the authorized recipient will receive the data.

The price of the tariff is 100 sms with the code per month, others are paid separately. One outgoing sms costs 1,50 CZK.

Unlimited Representation

One person can represent an unlimited number of other people and handle requests for them. This function is typically used, for example, by staff in retirement homes.

Online payments

Do you want patients requesting receipts or statements to pay you in advance? Or to pay for a vaccination or other procedure or examination before they order? With Emmy, you can allow patients to pay online without having to set up a payment gateway. In order for Emmy to automatically pair payments with patient requests, you need an account in Fio Banks which you can set up for free.

You can use online payments in three different ways:
1. You issue the document by hand and the patient pays it online at home. This cashless payment method can also be used in the doctor's office without the need for a payment terminal. Emmy checks the payment of the document herself at the bank.
2. Emmy will issue the receipt automatically and only after the payment arrives, will hand over the request to the office.
3. With binding to the term - the patient sees the free deadlines, but completes the order only after paying the automatically issued document.

Offer of earlier dates

Sometimes it happens that the patient cancels the appointment at the last minute. Or maybe the doctor abandons the originally scheduled program and decides to agree on new dates. Their filling may require quite a bit of effort in calling potential patients. Or the deadlines may remain unoccupied, which is uneconomical.

Thanks to the offer of earlier appointments, Emmy automatically notifies patients who have already booked in the possibility of an earlier appointment. If it suits them, they can be reordered.

In the Emmy application, you can set in detail under what conditions and whom you want to warn about the possibility of an earlier appointment - this will prevent patients from being bothered by too many offers.

Mass actions with requests

Do you need to invite 10 people for vaccination? You choose who they are and send them an invitation in bulk through the Emmys and you don't have to call them.

Or, if you get sick, you can mass send all the patients ordered information through Emmys so that they do not show up.

Selection of a particular doctor

If there is more than one doctor in the office, the patient can choose who he wants to go to. You can make the choice of a doctor available only for certain types of orders.

Automation

Emmy offers a comprehensive system of “macros” that can be used to automate many common office administrative tasks. For example, you can automatically invite patients for regular check-ups or vaccinations, send detailed instructions and reminders in advance (“Before taking blood, it is necessary...”), automate payments... The possibilities are almost endless!”
