Can I use Emma's Voice only for part of the day?
Yes. The office determines the times when a message along the lines of “We do not prescribe now” is played, when patients can call normally, and when The Voice of Emmy is in operation.
Can I use Emmy's Voice on my own?

How do I receive emergency calls from Emma's Voice?
It is necessary to have a second phone number — either mobile or landline — where calls from the Voice of Emma are redirected back to the office. This phone number is not visible to patients, nor do they need to know it. The same procedure applies to calls from partners such as doctors, pharmacies, laboratories or insurance companies. There are also various options for setting up a virtual switchboard for these purposes.
How long does it take to deploy Emmy software?

What exactly does 'processed minute' mean in our Voice of the Emmy rates?
One 'processed minute' corresponds to one minute of an interactive call between the caller and the Voice of Emma. The initial whistle before the call is counted as 1/6 of the interactive minute. All calls and whistles are charged after 15 seconds. For example, within the standard tariff, the practice can use 600 interactive minutes and 600 minutes of introductory speeches (600 = 100 remaining minutes x 6).
