Since launching Emmy in the first surgery on Wednesday 9/12, in the first 8 hours 80 patients have created access and Emmy has dealt with over 20 requests. The oldest patient with a new account is 79 years old. When asked how long it took to prepare staff to use the new system, Dr. Sobotka replied, "I did about 15 minutes of training, including 5 minutes to set up the accounts."
