Emmy can book patients in for a covid vaccination and invite them by text message with a few clicks from the doctor. And much more...

Mass ordering for covid vaccination

Emmy assists GPs in organising covid vaccinations in a number of ways. But the ability to quickly book a large number of patients without having to employ someone extra to call on them is essential. In this recording from the pilot GPs' meeting on 27 February, we show how patients can be selected from the appointment book, set up surgery times for vaccinations and then invite patients via text message. You can choose whether patients have the option to text to cancel the appointment by replying "Cancel". Emmy can then make up additional patients for vacant appointments - see how easy it is!

In addition to making appointments, Emmy can also ask patients about their interest in getting vaccinated at the GP's surgery and, if the patient agrees, it automatically enters the vaccination into the ISIN. You can send a query like:

Jan Novak, would you like to get the AstraZeneca vaccine against covid in our practice? Just answer "Yes" or "No".

If the patient answers "Yes", Emmy will automatically add him/her to the list of people interested in vaccination at that surgery on the ISIN. Alternatively, the practice can retrieve a list of patients to enroll on the ISIN and Emmy will take care of it. Or, patients can be manually entered for inclusion in Emmy's records system.
