Starting today, the Voice of Emmy will become significantly more configurable.

Emmy's voice can now be freely configured

Starting today, the Voice of Emma will become significantly more configurable. It is possible to individually configure for each practice: the initial announcement and whether we ask for:

  • Representation - "Are you calling for yourself or on behalf of someone else?"
  • registration - "Are you a registered patient?"
  • insurance number - we can never, always, only for re-registered patients, or newly only if we fail to confirm the patient's name
  • urgency - "Now for your request. Please is it urgent due to a serious threat to health or life?"
  • ambulance - the text at the end can either refer to the option to call 155 or not

In addition, Voice of Emma can work as part of the practice's existing switchboard, or we can supply a 'mini switchboard' that handles calls differently depending on time conditions.

Around one in ten practices with Emmy also already have Voice of Emmy - you can try the service with no commitment and no installation fees.
