eZprava integrates Emmy from the very beginning.

eZprava integrates Emmy

Emmy and eZprava have a lot in common. Both are projects born in the medical community out of a deep frustration with the functioning of commonly available commercial tools for secure communication - in the case of eNews, communication between doctors and each other, and in the case of Emma, communication between doctor and patient. Both are based on the principle of linking information systems to each other using open standards and breaking down technical and commercial walls so that patient health information can travel securely to where it is needed.

That's why we're delighted with eNews' willingness to integrate with Emmy from the outset. Soon it will be possible to automatically and continuously upload patient communications (request summary and message transcription) to each ambulatory information system so that the physician does not have to transcribe or copy anything. When he examines a patient who has established a request in Emmy, he will already see directly in the decurse what he comes up with - according to how the patient has described his need using the structured questionnaire in Emmy.
