Since the beginning of March, Emmy can automatically communicate with patients via SMS and also with ISIN.

Emmy saves hours of vaccination paperwork

On Tuesday evening we heard about the arrangements for GP involvement in the vital task of vaccinating the whole population as soon as possible, including the unfortunate two-round process of surveying our patients' interest and entering them into ISIN. We have since created a feature in Emmy that will make this officiating fundamentally easier.

Emmy saves hours

  • spent on the phone trying to find out who's interested in vaccinations
  • spent entering hundreds of candidates individually into the ISIN
  • spent on the phone booking people in for vaccination appointments

Emmy can

  • define any group of patients to reach (by age and other optional characteristics)
  • determine the interest in vaccination among a given group using a question in a text message, and the patient's response to it
  • automatically enrol interested patients in an ISIN
  • record the results of this process

Alternatively, Emmy can retrieve and automatically bulk enrol a group of patients in the ISIN for whom you have already confirmed interest in vaccination.

As of March 9, Emmy has received SMS responses from 1,300 seniors asking if they want to be enrolled on the vaccination list at their PL.
