Less than three weeks after the launch of the virtual nurse Emmy in the first surgery, Emmy is already available to more than 20,000 patients in 5 surgeries in the Central Bohemia Region and Prague.
In 20 days, Emmy sent out 2,700 alerts and handled over 1,600 patient requests. Timothy Young, Emmy's "spiritual father", comments on the first experience, "We didn't expect such high interest and rapid growth. The first week we opened one surgery, the second week we opened three, and this week we have five surgeries planned. Then in January we plan to add dozens more. What a rush!"
