On Friday, 5 March 2021, Karolína Dobešová, MD in the Znojmo region, used Emmy to send 409 text messages to her patients over 70 years of age who are not registered in the central system. By the end of the weekend, she had 186 patients registered on her vaccination list using automatically processed responses that also came from patients via SMS. Astra Zeneca took delivery of the first 100 vaccines on Sunday. Today, Monday evening, March 8, 2021, she invited the first 50 patients on her vaccination list via text message from Emmy for vaccinations on Thursday afternoon - Emmy automatically scheduled them into time blocks according to the practice schedule, alphabetically by last name so that spouses could come together. On Wednesday morning, everyone gets another text message reminding them of their Thursday afternoon vaccination appointment. At the end, the doctor also printed out a list of all the patients to be vaccinated for her nurses so that they could easily navigate by it when they all arrived in turn.

MUDr. Dobesova describes her experience as follows, "It's like a miracle. Everyone complains about how the organisation of vaccinations is so administratively and logistically demanding. I am lucky that Emmy came at the right time, and saved us hours and hours of time calling patients. Patients have also complimented us on how we have the process perfectly organized thanks to Emmy!"

Update 11.3.2021: And how did it work out in the end? Of the 50 invited, 46 turned up with clockwork precision, 2 apologised due to transport difficulties - and only 2 didn't turn up at all. MUDr. Dobešová commented on the experience as follows. We love Emmy!!"
