Yesterday MUDr. Young's clinic in Prague 6 received the first 100 vaccines. The balance of today's vaccination schedule, thanks to Emmy's logistics, looks like this:

• 10 patients vaccinated at home.
  
• 10 patients scheduled for tomorrow, 1 cancelled by text message
  
• 80 patients scheduled for Friday (will vaccinate in 3 "lines") - 15 cancelled by text message, 5 had/have covid, 1 abroad, 1 "may not AZ", other reasons not given
  
• 20 cancelled appointments replaced by new invitations a few hours after sending, the surgery is "full" again (= 100 vaccinations planned)
  

MUDr. Young commented, "We were careful, this was our first time doing this, and it only took about 90 minutes to send and process the text responses from patients. I can't imagine how we would have done it without Emmy. And I'm so glad we gave patients the option of cancelling by text, it saved us a lot of hassle on Friday."
